Delivery and Returns
Quite a lot of our items include free mainland UK delivery. Low cost items may incur a small delivery charge which will be added at the checkout before completing your order.
We offer 3 - 5 day deliveries and also offer a next day delivery service.
Collection is also possible by appointment only.
Returning an item
If you received and item that is either damaged or faulty the you may return it back to us, carriage paid by us.
To start a return, please either contact us by phone, email or through the website contact us. We will reply within 24 hours and arrange collection once approved. It is the discretion of our Technical staff whether we decide your item is faulty or not.
Should your item develop a fault after 14 days, the item must be returned at the expense of the customer and it is the customers responsibility that items are returned well packed and free from damage.
Unwanted items maybe returned at the expense of the customer within 14 days.
